TTG Director
Steven Lightfoot was elected Executive Board Leader of Technology To Go in April 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and strategic insight to the role. He previously served on the Network Group Board of Directors as Purchasing & Marketing Director from 2009 to 2012, where he helped shape the group’s growth and collaborative culture.
Outside his work with TTG, Steve is the Managing Director at Next Generation IT, a leading provider of IT support, hardware procurement, and infrastructure services for schools across West Yorkshire.

General Manager
Simon West is General Manager at Technology To Go and Network Group, where he leads operational strategy and member services, driving collaboration and growth of TTG offerings within Network Group and across the wider UK channel community. With over 20 years of expertise in IT management, project delivery, change leadership, and strategic technology deployment, Simon is dedicated to empowering partners and accelerating innovation throughout the industry.

Becky is an experienced Business Development Manager, working within the MSP channel for 10 years, she has a great understanding of the unique requirements in the MSP channel. Becky is on hand to provide you with the ideal solution for you or your customers’ needs.

Kieran is our Sales and Service Lead, helping Telco to Go MSPs with all things sales and support. Having previously worked as an Openreach Advanced Engineer troubleshooting faults, provisioning and infrastructure, Kieran brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.

James has a diverse telecoms background, having worked in a range of roles in his 12-year career at Plusnet. From the Provisioning Supplier team to the Faults Helpdesk, James now uses his extensive experience of the telecoms sector to provide Telco To Go MSPs with customer service and provisioning support.
